We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase following are the Terms and Conditions of our Return Policy.

In order to be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. Please be advised, we cover return postage costs on a case by case basis. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed. Item(s) must have all tags, including any MEEKO MUSE hangtags, attached. Upon receipt of your item, our team will conduct an inspection. Merchandise deemed eligible for a return will be processed for refund. Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your item. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer. We process all refunds/returns within 7 business days on receipt of the item. Once items pass garment inspection, funds will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. In the event your item arrived with a manufacturer defect or you have incorrectly received the wrong item, please notify us via email at returns@meekomuse.com and we will accommodate your request. Please be advised: 

  • We provide return postage at a flat rate of $4.00.
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
  • Defective items must be returned with return label provided by Meeko Muse
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving return label.
  • We stand behind the quality of our products, however if your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at returns@meekomuse.com as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong order please notify us 7 days of delivery. (Note: Please email returns@meekomuse.com for assistance.)

We do not accept exchanges. Return your product within 30 days of delivery date to be eligible for a full refund
