Returns

Need a return? We provide return labels! If for any reason you need to return/exchange an item please notify us via email at returns@meekomuse.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please be advised: 

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong order please notify us 7 days of delivery. We will in this case accommodate for return shipping. (Note: Please email returns@meekomuse.com for assistance.)


Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are accepted on a case by case basis. Once your return is processed, you will be notified via email.Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within  5-7 business days.


Sale items (if applicable)
Oopsie, all sale items are final sale. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your item, you should mail your product to the Address/ P.O Box provided in the email you received from our Return Team.
