All our items are generally true to size (U.S). At Meeko Muse, we always want our items to fit our customers perfectly, so we recommend you use our size guide. We don't provide exact restock dates but if there’s a particular item you’re waiting on, please sign up for restock notifications and we’ll be in touch with the time frame it's due to be restocked in. We're a small boutique so our items are stocked in limited quantities and most of them are available for a limited time only. Processing typically takes up to 1-2 business days.We work hard to ensure that orders are dispatched quickly so we encourage customers to notify of any changes needed within 24 hours.
No problem. Send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will assist in any way we can. Request must be made in a timely fashion to insure changes are made before your order is dispatched.
A pre-order is used to reserve an items before it's release. A pre order ensures customers are guaranteed the product before it runs out of stock. You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours and a separate email with expected delivery date. All orders should be shipped by the expected date given, however in the event of any delays our team will provide an update via email. At Meeko Muse we'll try our best to accommodate a hassle free return/exchange. As stated in our Return Policy :
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date (40 days for international customers).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- FREE return labels are provided for shipped orders only. Pop Up Shop orders are exempt.
- NotifyReturns@meekomuse.com with any further questions regarding returns/exchanges.
