What Size Should I Order?

All our items are generally true to size (U.S). At Meeko Muse, we always want our items to fit our customers perfectly, so we recommend you use our size guide. If you require further assistance with sizing, our team can recommend a size, just send over the item name and your bust, waist and hip measurements to: info@meekomuse.com.

 

When Will You Be Restocking?

We don't provide exact restock dates but if there’s a particular item you’re waiting on, please sign up for restock notifications and we’ll be in touch with the time frame it's due to be restocked in. We're a small boutique so our items are stocked in limited quantities and most of them are available for a limited time only. However, don't be disheartened, send us an email at: info@meekomuse.com.

 

Do You Accept Installment Payments?

At this time we do not provide payment installment options, however we will be expected to accept pay later options in the near future. 

 

How Long Before My Order Is Shipped?

Processing typically takes up to 1-2 business days.We work hard to ensure that orders are dispatched quickly so we encourage customers to notify of any changes needed within 24 hours.

When Will I Get My Package?

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking number via email. You can track your order(s) and find the expected delivery with the tracking number provided.

If you chose standard shipping please expect slight delays to US, Canada, France & Spain. We're also working closely with our couriers to ensure safe deliveries.

 

I've Pre Ordered An Item, Now What?

A pre-order is used to reserve an items before it's release. A pre order ensures customers are guaranteed the product before it runs out of stock.

You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours and a separate email with expected delivery date. 

All orders should be shipped by the expected date given, however in the event of any delays our team will provide an update via email.

Do You Offer Local Delivery In My State?

At this time we offer WEEKEND ONLY local deliveries in the New York City Area.

 

I've Missed My Local Delivery, What Now?

At Meeko Muse we believe in a safe and secure delivery so we will not leave your order unattended. You can send an email to orders@meekomuse.com to request delivery for the following day.

*Once a delivery is attempted, the delivery fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

At Meeko Muse we'll try our best to accommodate a hassle free return/exchange.As stated in our return policy: 

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date (40 days for international customers).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • FREE return labels are provided for shipped orders only (local deliveries exempt*).
  • Notify returns@meekomuse.com with any further questions regarding returns/exchanges.
  • All Sale Items are Final Sale.
